Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Podflowww. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, refunds, and billing are handled for Podflowww’s services.

By purchasing a subscription or using any paid features of Podflowww, you agree to this Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Podflowww offers subscription-based access to premium features.

Plans may include:

Monthly subscriptions
Annual subscriptions
Promotional or discounted plans
Free trial offers (where available)

Each subscription provides access to features based on the selected plan.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize Podflowww or our payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method until your subscription is cancelled.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

After cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Your subscription will not renew automatically.
You will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription expires.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your Podflowww account.

4. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

Monthly subscription fees
Annual subscription fees
Promotional purchases
Upgrade charges
Renewal payments
AI usage credits
Add-on purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial billing periods
Unused subscription time
Failure to use the Service
Accidental purchases after substantial use of the Service
Changes in personal circumstances

5. Exceptional Refund Requests

Although refunds are generally not provided, Podflowww may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate payments
Billing errors
Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)
Technical issues that permanently prevented access to the Service and could not be reasonably resolved

Approval of one refund request does not guarantee future refunds.

6. Free Trials

If Podflowww offers a free trial:

No subscription fees are charged during the trial period unless otherwise stated.
At the end of the trial, your selected subscription may automatically begin unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Trial eligibility may be limited to one per customer.

7. Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription during an active billing cycle:

Your new plan may begin immediately.
Charges may be prorated where applicable.
New pricing will apply from the date of the upgrade.

8. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription:

The downgrade will generally take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Your current subscription benefits remain available until the end of the paid period.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

Podflowww may:

Retry the payment.
Notify you to update your payment information.
Temporarily suspend premium features.
Cancel your subscription if payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable period.

10. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Podflowww may offer:

Introductory pricing
Early adopter discounts
Limited-time promotions
Referral rewards

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional pricing applies only for the advertised period.
Standard pricing applies upon renewal.
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Price Changes

Podflowww reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.

If pricing changes affect existing subscribers:

Reasonable advance notice will be provided.
Updated pricing will apply at the next renewal date unless otherwise required by law.

12. Taxes

Subscription prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for any taxes required under applicable law.
