1. About Podflowww

Podflowww is an AI-powered podcast creation platform designed to help creators research topics, prepare guests, generate podcast outlines and scripts, receive live recording assistance, analyze podcast quality, and improve their podcast production workflow.

Certain features may use artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, summaries, or suggestions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country to use Podflowww.

By using the Service, you represent that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You will comply with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts and Security

4. AI Generated Content

Podflowww uses artificial intelligence to generate research, podcast outlines, scripts, questions, recommendations, summaries, and other content.

You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
AI responses should not be considered professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or using it.
You remain solely responsible for your podcast and any content you publish.

Podflowww does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

AI Content Generation & Responsible Use

Ownership & Commercial Rights: You retain 100% ownership and copyright over all podcast scripts, interview questions, show notes, research dossiers, and episode outlines generated through Podfloww. You are free to monetize, broadcast, and publish your generated content anywhere.
Factual Verification Disclaimer: Podfloww utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to assist with research and preparation. While our algorithms cross-reference verified sources, AI outputs may occasionally produce inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical factual claims prior to public broadcast.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Podfloww to generate hate speech, defamatory material, non-consensual deepfakes, copyright-infringing scripts, or content violating third-party platform terms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts).

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, logos, AI workflows, algorithms, and platform features remain the exclusive property of Podflowww.

You may not:

Copy the software
Sell the platform
Redistribute our services
Create derivative products without permission

7. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription:

You authorize recurring billing.
Fees are charged in advance.
Prices may change with prior notice.
Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.

8. DMCA / Copyright Policy

DMCA & Copyright Takedown Notices Podfloww respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any material processed or shared on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification to support@podfloww.com with:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Description and link/identifier of the material you claim is infringing.
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner. We will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to any infringing content.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide refunds for the current billing period.

Access to paid features continues until the end of the paid subscription period.

10. Third-Party Services

Podflowww may integrate with third-party services including:

Google
YouTube
Spotify
OpenAI
Anthropic
Other AI providers
Analytics providers
Payment processors

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

11. Credits & Usage Limits

Certain plans include usage credits.

Credits may be consumed when using AI-powered features.

Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan and are generally non-transferable.

We may enforce reasonable rate limits to ensure fair use and platform stability.

12. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms.
Abuse the platform.
Attempt fraud.
Circumvent usage limits.
Harm other users or our infrastructure.

13. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Teams

Data Processing Addendum (DPA) For business customers and enterprise teams subject to GDPR or UK data protection laws, Podfloww provides a standardized Data Processing Addendum (DPA) including standard contractual clauses (SCCs). To execute a signed DPA for your organization, please contact privacy@podfloww.com.
